I am resident of Douglas Grand. It is a nice place to rent. I have good neigbourgs, all the people there is nice, with good manners.
The Publix which is located next to the bulding is very convenient, they have they own park space to we do not have problems for packing.

Maybe you do not have any problems with packing, but we have problems PARKING. I would not recommend moving to Menores 50.
"Douglas Grand" is one of the worst managed properties in Miami. ...One bedroom apartment the size of a closet. Filthy carpet, barking dogs, garbage left in hallways and common areas,noisy, smelly.
OMG ???Don???t move here!???

50 MANURES Avenue is indeed a sh1thole. Ugliest building in town. I thought it was a hospital when I drove by.
