Talk about Melrose Place charm! I lived at The Fountains for almost 3 years, 1999-2002, and loved every moment. Centrally located and close to everything from shopes to night life!

Never once felt afraid or uncomfortable of my surrounding no matter the time. The building itself was very quiet and all units face the pool mini-couryard.

The 1-bedroom units are a bit cramp, so I suggest renting those with vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor.

My only complaint was their constant turn-over of Management. Albiet, they were all very nice and competent; which leads me to believe it had something to do with the Property Management company more than personnel.

I moved when I got married and have regreted leaving the Gables since!
