I loved living here. It was very quiet and peaceful. Lovely interior courtyard, with a moroccan/art deco feel. Not a lot of fancy appliances, the building is quite old but each apartment is unique & charming. There are two laundry rooms on each floor, elevators, pool. The parking is first come, first serve outside the building, & there is also a lot across the street. The maintenance crew is very helpful. Only moved to buy apartment (they only rent!) Would highly recommend!!!
