SCAMMERS I can't believe I lived there, what a bunch of -------- this management.
They would do anything to ----- your money.
The worst thing was the noise.
It is located in Coral Gables but in downtown which means that in you want to hear
construction from 6am to 7pm Saturdays included

Appliances look nice but are the cheapest possible, cheap quality,
other wise the place is decent but not worth the price, not a good deal because of the noise noise noise

Wonderful, Highly Recommend!!! Apartments are sweet, nice appliances, hallways are clean, state-of-the-art gym facility. Managers are extremely wonderful and helpful people. Safe for kids with a playground just a block away. Neighbors are nice and polite.

Moldy air conditioners I moved in during June of 2007; the air conditioners are old, loud, inefficient and expensive to run. However, the worst thing is that they are chock full of mold. The management does not answer the phone & does not call back; there is no bike rack for storing

Pretty good place to live - a bit noisy I lived here for 6 months. All was great except the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor every time he watched tv. I could also hear the live music at the beer garden across the street on the weekends even though I was on the 9th floor.
