Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006

I've lived in many apartment communities and I can honestly say that this is the worst managed and unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. They do not know the laws and/or choose not to follow with regards to security deposit refunds and termination fees. I have worked for apartment management companies for 20 years. The Barrington Club, and their management company Atlantic and Pacific, should be banned from the apartment management industry. Do yourself a favor, and do not reside their.
