I thought this place was a nice place to move to but it's the total opposite! Where should I start' I just recently moved here and the building cracked so my whole apartment flooded. Then I find out that it's not only mine, other neighbors had the same problem. So now there's mold growing in my apartment and management is trying to say that it's no harmful. Are they serious' I've been sick for the past 3 weeks and the health depmt had told me I can actually die!It's very hard to find parking here. They only give you one reserved parking spot. There's a bunch of ducks around here because people feed them so they poop all over and rip through your garbage. They make you pay $20/month for valet garbage and then you get a suprise bill for garbage that they don't tell you about. $18/month for the removal or the dumpster garbage. There's o many hidden fees it's not even funny. You pay $15/month for an alarm that's not even hooked up to anything. From what everyone has told me, they raise the rent $40/month every yr. So many people have moved out from here, they are begging residents for referrals. They are desperate for new residents. The hot tub is never hot. Also, when I moved in, they said they have a party here every month. I still haven't seen one. It's not worth the money to live here, it's a big rip off.
