this place is unbelievable, i owned for 14 yrs. had to move was very skeptical, now i realized i should have renteed sooner. You ask for something to be done one time and it is usually done that day. ac breaks they are there 24/7. you cannot get that even when you own, unless you pay dearly for it. leasing staff, maintenace, all are wonderful people and REALLY care about this place like it was their own. I could not be happier. my neighbor who just moved here asked me if he should tell them about all the leaves in his driveway, and i said absolutely, they will do something about it, that evening when i can home from work, guess what' no leaves and that is just a small example of how they respond. Next yr i am down sizing to a one bedroom but i am staying right here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
