I do agree with the last poster that the management has changed since I have been here. The last manager David tried his best to make the residents happy and was always efficient when I had a problem. However, recently it has really gone downhill. I like the size of my apartment. Most of my neighbors are decent hard working people witha few exceptions. I have not been here as long as the last poster but, have seen a decline in efficiency and freindliness of office staff. Several of my neighbors have moved out and told me that they are now charging for every little thing including your carpet. Not one of them got thier deposit back and were charged additional monies for so called damages. One was charged for stains on the carpet. GET REAL first of all my carpet was not new when I moved in and is so cheaply installed it is coming up on the edges. I am very upset to hear the way they treat tenants here. I hope then when and if I move they don't mistreat me this way. It seems to me they want to cut corners on quality when ever they can. I don't mind the rate of rent but, take care of things that need to be fixed. As far as everything else I don't have other complaints except the parking. Why are three, four, and five adults living in one bedroom apartments' It is really unfair to us single people who only need one parking space and can't get one because some people have three and four cars per one apartment.
