they never return the security deposit,the service is very bad and never fix the problems on time.VERY BAD SERVICE

If you followed the following guidelines you would be entitled to your security deposit. Did you give the office the proper 60 day written notice prior to moving out?, Did you fulfill your lease term?, Did you leave the apartment in the same condition it was turned in to you?
