Parking could be a little better, the lane by the garbage area needs to be cleaned because when the maintenance workers come by, they drop nails & screws which puncture vehicles tires, the Gym could use some new updates on the weights Thank you

Very loud and overcrowded community. Trash everywhere, gate is consistently breaking, inconsiderate neighbors. The office is understaffed. The only good thing here is maintenance and quality of appliances and space provided.

Too Expensive. Pool area and gym need renovations very old. Garages are all old and dented. Gym equipment rusted. Pools look dingy. Appearance of the complex needs updating. The apartments are expensive. I hope it does not go up anymore. Mold smell

In the past i use to be satisfied and comfortable...i'm not anymore. Seriously thinking about not renewing my 2024 lease. I'm totally dissatisfied re the landscaping. There's always a mess of leaves in front of my door.

Office personnel are great to work with and go out of their way to solve your problem. Allowing 2 animals is a great feature, they have trails to walk, yards to play in and no restrictions on the breed or size.

My experience at MAA has been good overall. However there has been some situations that make me feel insecure like the gates not working properly constantly, several walking access without any security at all (anyone can enter), lights problems outside (not enough lighting), etc

Great community. Has a lot of amenities. Allows all pets. The office management team is very nice and helpful. The maintenance requests get finished very quickly. Overall the area is close to all amenities.
