I have never written a review like this before, and actually one of my new neighbors told me about this site. I had never seen it before I moved in. I cannot believe what these people are saying! I moved into Sherwood last month and my experience has been wonderful. The two leasing people are very personable and really went out of their way to help me. They exhibited great team work and made me feel very welcome. I did most of my leasing over the Internet and phone, as I moved from out of state. The first time I saw my unit, it was beautiful!!! Very clean and smelled great. The proximity to the elementary school was one of the things that made me decide on Sherwood. Then, the fact that they have the activity center for children after school was the icing on the cake. I will recommend this place to everyone I meet.

I am definitely loving this place! I did have horrible experience before so I do know what I am talking about! And once again! I do recommend this place!

I have actually lived here now for almost two years and I think the community and the staff are great! They always try to go out of their way to help me and my family. I have rented now for many years and this community and management company is the best by far! I plan to be a very satisfied resident for a long time!
