I am a current tenant and have lived at the Mayo Dr. Apartments for 3 years. I have seen owners come and go, many different Property managers have tried to do the right thing, but they all have failed. Until now, this guy is great! Frank Mendicino, he lives on the property, he is aware of everything that needs done and it doesn't take months or years anymore to get them done. He takes pride in his job and also where he lives,(which is one in the same). I am glad that I held out for a couple more months and decided to stay here. It really is a nice place to live.
