i live in dade city apartments and,the manager is very nasty,she views everything,from your company to how u keep your house,and nothing gets fixed,her maintanence guy is her son and they get away with alot they are very nasty,so i wouldnt advise u to move here unless u are homless and have no other choice!!!!!!!
