Landlord is very overbearing. Inspects your apartment inside and out anytime she wants. Will give you a neasty note if there are dishes in your sink or laundry in your hampers. Heavy monitoring or your comings and goings, guests, etc.

have you tried calling the county housing authority? Save the notes...contact an attorney. I do not think it is legal for your landlord to enter your apt without a written note 24 hours prior. THis may have changed, but it used to be the law. I hope you get this worked out.
