Our family has lived in the complex from the very beginning and we actually choose Sweetwater while the initial construction was going on a little over two years ago.

In the past, they have had a few issues and turnovers w/ their staff but the current staff is one of the most customer serive oriented and helpful I have found in my many years of renting. If you are looking for a nice place in a secure area and a gated community, w/ all the amenities such as a pool, 24 hour fitness center and business center, then Sweetwater is the ONLY choice. Tell them Lee sent you and you won't be disappointed!
