Seems mighty convenient that in two days there have been so many positive reviews to off-set the truthful negative ones...somethings going on here...

Sweetwater Apartments is the best, upgraded apartment complex, in Dade City. I have been a tenant for over 2 years. (I am one of the first tenants.) I have found that the staff is beyond measure for professionalism as well as friendliness. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone who is searching for a beautiful and convenient place to live.

Obviously it is friends of the staff writing all these and complimenting them on their "professionalism as well as friendliness". Personally I have no problems with the staff, I have hated my year of living here because of the noise primarily. I do not recommend this place to anyone but the local college students and even then, only ones who do not care about peace and quiet for studying and sleep.

I visited this apartment recently and intend on moving in soon. I visited several different places and this by far was the nicest one. I know there is a university near by so I know there will be some noise, but I think ppl forget that you are living in an apartment. If you want something completely quiet and controllable then you should by a house. Apartments will always have annoying tenants, parties, etc. The main concern should be safety and security and cordial neighbors. I visited during the day and saw exactly what I liked to see...an empty parking lot and a quiet neighborhood. That's all the indication I need to see that this is a decent area that have hard working tenants. My point is...ppl are being a little harsh and nitpicking on little things that happen in apartments all over the country. If you want a "perfect" environment then save up and by a single family home.
