The Villas Apartments are located right in the middle of Dade City. I am probably the only sing young adult living here. I'm 20 and the rest of the residents here are older than me and are very quiet. While this COULD be a nice place to live, the manager here is difficult to deal with. He's extremely lazy. He really doesn't care about fixing anything in a reasonable amount of time. I have ended up fixing a few things on my own, and he never offered to help or do it for me like he should have. Don't expect any repairs to occur inside of a week or two. If price is a big deal for you, it doesn't get cheaper than this. Mind you, you do get what you pay for. Not much. Unfortunately this is one of very few apartment buildings in town.

The manager is throwing out a tenant because her vehicle was stolen and she had to call the police. Because the police were at the apartment building, she has to go! Good grief.

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 5 YEARS IN THE APT NEXT DOOR TO THE\ABOVE MENTIONED EPISODE. I AM SO GLAD THE MANAGER GOT RID OF THAT NUISANCE. THAT TENANT WASSO HOPPED UP ON DRUGS ALL THE TIM E IT WAS CRAZY, and the people who who were in and out all night long were robbing othertenants cars. Whoever posted that original response should have checked their facts. My ac went out and the manager lugged a portable up for me the very day I told him, and a $3000 newunit was installed over the next two days. I don't think he's lazy at all -- he has 42 apartments to look after, and this is an old lovely building .. but it was built 40 years ago. I was here with the old manager, and the newer one (four years here now) has always fixed things right away. The previous one is the one who never did anything. I'd also like to add that this is a fne place to live, and a bargin in rent! I think the manager is a kind and thoughtful person who often goes out of his way to make sure everything is okay -- he just doesn't like loud, drug-happy party people.
