Good & not-so good - First, I've been here since 2/1/09, and it's not a horrible place to live. The apartments are very nice & the pool is beautiful. It's nice to be able to enjoy the pool with friends & company. If you need something fixed management is on it right away, and if you have an issue they do work with you to get it resolved. HORRIBLE Do not live there... they charge bogus charges and when you try to move out they will charge additional fees. Also, the management is less than helpful. I would never recommend this to anyone, and in fact would tell anyone i know to NOT live here.

Great Manager I am looking for an apartment in the Wesley Chapel area. I was lucky enough to seek to the manager (Stacy) at Sweetwater, she was so informative, patient and went the extra mile to help me. I can't wait to meet her in person when my husband and I come down there to retire.

Great The staff here at Sweetwater is very nice, especially Joe and his wife. When ever you are in need of a maintenence problem, they are always there to resolve it. Office staff is nice as well. Very accomidating. Overall, it is a very nice place to live.
