I have to say since they hired a new manager things have changed. He has taken the time to upgrade the place. New paint job the place is cleaner than ever before. It is affordable housing that offers to Sec 8 and other but the requirements are no joke. He is strictly by the book. Oh ya lets not forget all the notices he likes to put out about owing late rent or water. If you can get in its a good place.
