I have been living in Paradise Pointe for 8 months now. When I first signed my lease, I was promised my a temp to have thin carpets since I have bad allergies. After arriving from NJ, I was given an apartment with a thick rug. I explained to the manager my situation, and she gave me a different apartment, with a BRAND NEW rug, with a courtyard view with NO additional charge.The grounds are very well maintained (although they begin maintaining around 7:00 AM)so if you like to sleep late it can be a problem. I had very few maintainance problems, and the one I had were resolved within 24 hours. (even though a slight mess by maintainance was left behind). The walls are thin, I can hear my next door neighbor occasionally but never hear the people upstairs and the have a baby.
All in all, its a great location, right near the highway, 1 mile from the beach and next to Publix. If I didn't have to move for work , I would be happy here forever.
