I lived at Paradise Pointe for a year, I could her my neighbors next to me snore, have sex, talk. Above me, I could hear the guy go to the bathroom. It drove me crazy. I paid more for the view of the courtyard and I had to listen to little kids playing all day long. Yeah that's what I want to pay more money for. The kids all hang out there in the courtyards, tenants should pay less for living next to it.
