Paradise Pointe

I have lived here fro almost 3 years and I am ready to move. To start off, there has been 3-4 property managers since i been here. You tell one person in the office that something needs to be fixed or replaced then you need to call back several times inorder to get it fixed. I also deal with the ants, we pay a monthly fee for dealing with these but they never send anyone out to take care of it. And the noise is rediculous, at 6am i here my neighbor that only covers my apartment by alittle( i am on the corner of the building and on the 2nd floro so we are not covered fully by our upstairs neighbor). And upon moving in we were to get new paint which we did but it was all over the carpet and the guys they got to do the carpet left a big mess with there LUNCH, i had subway wrappers and bottles of soda when i got back from my business trip after i moved half my stuff in. And about cost...BE VERY CAREFULL before you move in here, They tried to raise my rent 50% after the one year. It went from $1079 to $1620 I asked why and they said that every other property is going condo....They are out of their freaking minds. OVERALL-DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE AGRAVATION OR HEADACHES.
Wait i forgot the best part. The parking yes their are ample spots BUT i see more people park their car here and go to the airport then ever before. And i found out it only cost $8-11 bucks for a cab from here with free parking. And the office does not enforce much of anything unless they have to. This place sucks
