This complex has serious problems you need to be aware of.

1) NOISE NOISE NOISE...People party all night long, even during the week, and it makes it impossible to sleep. If you are a working person who needs a good night sleep, beware! Because you won't get it. And management does nothing to stop it. The pool area, which is centrally located, becomes party central every night, and the noise echoes throughout the entire complex.

2) POOR CONSTRUCTION...the buildings leak through the walls during heavy rains, and management will not correct it.

AVOID this place, unless your a hard core party person who doesn't have a job and doesn't mind your place flooding out from time to time. Good Luck!

Couldn't agree with you more regarding the noise. I cannot believe the amount of noise that reverberates throughout the complex. Not only do the same people have nightly "drinking and smoking sessions" in the pool area, which apparently, according to management, is supposed to be off-limits from sunset to sunrise, but they stay out talking very loudly until 2-3 o'clock in the morning. Also, the same ignorant and inconsiderate tenants continue to sit on their balconies until well into the early hours talking. As this review stated earlier, if you are a normal working individual who needs their sleep the night before, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
