WE AT THE SHERIDAN OCEAN CLUB WOULD LIKE ALL PROSPECTIVE TENEANTS TO KNOW THAT THE REVIEW TITLED "HORRIBLE pLACE" IS NOT OUR PROPERTY!!! WE SHARE A MASTER ASSOCIATION WITH ANOTHER COMMUNITY CALLED PARADISE POINT AND AT NO TIME HAVE WE EVER CHARGED A RESIDENT THREE MONTHS RENT TO TERMINATE A LEASE. OUR CANCELLATION FEE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE MONTHS RENT.OUR CONSTRUCTION IS CBS BLOCK AND NOISE BETWEEN APARTMNETS IS MINIMAL. WE HOPE THIS CLEARS UP ANY MISCONCEPTIONS!!! THANK YOU, THE SHERIDAN OCEAN CLUB MANAGEMENT
