there are prostitutes, drug dealers, convicted felons released from jail..all of this I met while living here..if you didn't live here, you wouldn't know it, but I went to the pool..heard many people's "stories" and released this wasn't the place for me so I didn't renew my lease..i only spent one day a week here for like eleven out of the twelve months since I met my boyfriend who lived in a highrise on Brickell...if i didn't meet him..I would have broken the lease because I was afraid..he was with me the nights I spent here..don't chance it..something could happen and leasing doesn't give a damn..
