Before you move into this neighborhood be aware that there are no-see-ums all over the complex in the morning and evenings (when you'd be going in and out of your place). So be prepared to be stung every morning when you leave for work and when you come back you will be stung again. Although it seems like a good deal due to its proximity to the ocean and ideally good price.. it is not worth the aggravation of being eaten every time you go into your apartment!
