Poorly managed place

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO MOVE HERE:
Check this place out at night. And after rains.
Since I moved in this place is going downhill. Coincidence' it was right after they change mgmt.
NO lighting in parking lots. Hallways are not leveled and rain water creates puddles.
MAintenance is not availale during the weekends; like in this place nothing has broken after 5pm on friday....
Mgmt company is getting all condos in FL and they dont have the resources for adequate management.
