The management is the worst I have ever experienced at an apartment complex. Neighbors allow their dogs to bark uncontrolled on their balconies...even at night! Steps are covered with small animal defecation -- what a joy! After repeated complaints to the manager and even a call to the Broward County (Florida) Health Department, almost nothing is done about it.
