I have lived in the Sheridan Ocean Club since 2001. It is one of the best places to live in the area. I have NEVER had any problems getting repairs, the office staff are very courteous and helpful, and it is a clean property that is landscaped. Yes there are no-seeums around dusk and sunrise. This is NORMAl in SouthFlorida-duh! I have never seen one single cockroach, rat or the like. i did have a minor roof leak that was repaired as soon as I reported it. The excersice room is brand nwe, the pools have nbeen renovated, the buildings painted, the laundry room updated with new machines and the grounds are kept immaculate. As i was reading some of the reviews I was astounded at the comments as they in no way accuately describe the place where I have been living the last 8 years. Considering the fact that the propoerty is1.3 miles from the beach and that the unites are very welll appointed the rent is pretty damn cheap. Check around at comparable location. You'll see what I mean.I LOVE it here.
