I would normally like to associate good management with all other aspect of a good rental community. I just dont understand why the management is there if for every question of a renter they have only one answer "the pricing ...rent sturcture...virtually everything is corporate and we cant do sheet". well they will be courteous and try to answer politely.....but you can see thru their mask the enjoyment adn sense of satisfaction they have in reaming you and blaming everything to corporate..............its a ponzi scheme........i have yet to find a resident who is truely happy with the leasing office.......and yes in leasing office they have over staff just goofing around with melinda the manager generally chewing on food most of the time.....there are atleast six plus employee at a time present in the office but with no authority to help you out and blaming it to corporate........

and now the negative points about the community...
1) No see um and noseeum and ........and ........... everyday fighting them is a challenge they will bite you at will and I can bet anybody that they will get beaten up by them almost half of the year................if you are family with kid then thsi place is definetely not for you..........
2)if you are a kind who will will take all kind of extra charge reaming them aha you have come to the right place. apart from rent you will be slapped with sewer which is 50 dollar for one room and 80 for two rooms.
3)you have to pay for trash.
4)most of the places the appliances are sheet expect for the apartment they boast of nice upgrades which needless to say will double ream you with extra rent.
5)pet owner have adapted to this community well. they will let their dogs sheet on any part at will without bothering to pick up the pet poop. I have to so many time tell them to pick after.
6)almost three days in a week there will be person trying to bueatify the surrounding but with non stop irritating motor noise which again tell me they have big staff who have nothing to do just to repeat adn rinse the futile processes.
7)teh security is laughable the guy at the gates will try to open and close a dilipidated gate which has been bring down many many times ....next time you are there just try to see the motor attached to teh gate adn you will laugh uncontrollably......
8)they claim proximity to beach .....but tell me if you are one mile away from beach them why the heck you will not travel few extra mile if you have to avoid all kind if sheety things to come to the beach.
9)there used to be lot of theft adn vandalism which i will acknowledge that have come down but still cant get teh thought of a car on top of four concrete bricks having all the tires stolen away..............
10) there are all kinds of fees if you take a transfer within apartment complex its 350 if you want to leave the complex then forget about the deposite they will deduct small small things with feriocity which you will crave to see while your stay.........

so good luck guys if you will be new renter here...........you will learn your lesson the way I learn it....................

I agree. About 3 months after moving in my car was stolen. The office people could have cared less. And dont forget about the murder/suicide that happened a few months ago! Got no sympathy or imbursment for having to hear that showdown.
