This is LOVELy Place to Live - I have lived in the Sheridan Ocean Club since 2001. It is one of the best places to live in the area. No-See-ums! Before you move into this neighborhood be aware that there are no-see-ums all over the complex in the morning and evenings (when you'd be going in and out of your place). So be prepared to be stung every morning when you leave for work and when you come back you will be stung again.

Very Noisey and Not Worth The Money. As other ratings have said, the walls here are very thin, you hear everything going on around you and the new fees for 2007 are crazy I pay about $250.00 a month over my rent for fees such as utilities and sewer. I wish I had come to this site before

Paper thin walls I lived at Paradise Pointe for a year, I could her my neighbors next to me snore, have sex, talk. Above me, I could hear the guy go to the bathroom. It drove me crazy. I paid more for the view of the courtyard and I had to listen to little kids playing all day
