I like my apartment - The units arent the biggest but for me and my child it is good. I have to agree with the other message. The manager is very nice. He made me feel very welcome. The apartment floor up stairs is not the queit. I can hear my neghibors walking around upstairs. I can say im ok with everything. Very Noisey and Not Worth The Money. As other ratings have said, the walls here are very thin, you hear everything going on around you and the new fees for 2007 are crazy I pay about $250.00 a month over my rent for fees such as utilities and sewer. I wish I had come to this site before

Better Place I have to say since they hired a new manager things have changed. He has taken the time to upgrade the place. New paint job the place is cleaner than ever before. It is affordable housing that offers to Sec 8 and other but the requirements are no joke. He is strictly by the book. Oh ya

Paper thin walls I lived at Paradise Pointe for a year, I could her my neighbors next to me snore, have sex, talk. Above me, I could hear the guy go to the bathroom. It drove me crazy. I paid more for the view of the courtyard and I had to listen to little kids playing all day

Ownership, Management company bad Mr. Inman and his "General Manager" use intimidation factors, avoidance, rudeness, and bluffs to have a "selective" tenancy. Idle threats and strong-arming, verbal abusiveness and management inadequacies leave a trail of deceipt which makes living at Village Club

Stay away!! poorly managed The place is not kept up like it used to. Management staff is negligent, poorly trained, unfriendly, and untrusworthy.

Horrible experience I lived in this apartment from from 2002 to 2003. It was a completely unpleasant experience. The staff, including the Leasing Manager Claudia, were not helpful. Once they get you to sign that lease, thats it. Plus, the construction is Shoddy...you can hear the neighbors
