I like my apartment - The units arent the biggest but for me and my child it is good. I have to agree with the other message. The manager is very nice. He made me feel very welcome. The apartment floor up stairs is not the queit. I can hear my neghibors walking around upstairs. I can say im ok with everything. Poorly managed place BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO MOVE HERE:
Check this place out at night. And after rains.
Since I moved in this place is going downhill. Coincidence? it was right after they change mgmt.

No-See-ums! Before you move into this neighborhood be aware that there are no-see-ums all over the complex in the morning and evenings (when you'd be going in and out of your place). So be prepared to be stung every morning when you leave for work and when you come back you will be stung again.

Very Noisey and Not Worth The Money. As other ratings have said, the walls here are very thin, you hear everything going on around you and the new fees for 2007 are crazy I pay about $250.00 a month over my rent for fees such as utilities and sewer. I wish I had come to this site before

Better Place I have to say since they hired a new manager things have changed. He has taken the time to upgrade the place. New paint job the place is cleaner than ever before. It is affordable housing that offers to Sec 8 and other but the requirements are no joke. He is strictly by the book. Oh ya

very nice place, great location this apt was very nice. it was very roomy and comfortable. the only thing is if you are on the 3rd floor with the sun coming directly into your apt be prepared for a HUGE electric bill. The pools are nice but the exercise room needs improvement.

Paper thin walls I lived at Paradise Pointe for a year, I could her my neighbors next to me snore, have sex, talk. Above me, I could hear the guy go to the bathroom. It drove me crazy. I paid more for the view of the courtyard and I had to listen to little kids playing all day
