This apartment was actually one of the better ones I've ever lived in. Most of the ones I had been in before were college housing and not "luxury" housing, but this was definitely a good deal better. Contrary to what other people have said, I have a pretty positive view of the place. I lived here from August 2005 to June 2006. Parking was kinda tight in the beginning, but only at night, and you were generally able to find a spot right by your building. Its not like you had to walk far. Each time I have had a maintenance problem they have fixed it fairly quickly. It did take them almost a week to fix a toilet one time, but the other stuff I've had to have repaired (dishwasher and sink) were fixed within days of my request. The apartments are really nice, very spacious. And it is in a relatively secluded area. There is never any noise from neighbors.
