I stayed here from May 2006-Aug 2006.The neighbors up stairs were constantly loud and noisy. I thought the roof would cave in. On the first day, the smoke detector decided it needed to be changed. Did get that changed after about 2 weeks. Within 4 days, I saw my first roach. When I complained to the mgmt, they did call an exterminator once. The bug problem continued and the problem fell on deaf ears then. They told me they would have someone out again. That never happened and that was approx. for the last month. The view along the river banks was about the only thing that made it worth it. Otherwise, I wouldn't have this place. LUXURY is definitely not here.
