This has to be the worst apartments I have ever lived in. You over pay for a sardine box. The neighbors are a bunch of low life ingrates that have no respect for the people around them. The managment does nothing but sit on their butts in the office and do NOTHING about complaints. The bug problem is gross no matter how clean you are...

You should have read my worker camp review i gave 3 years ago. Are the 2 skanks still "managing" the place? Our patio was always covered in cobwebs, spiders loved the feast of bugs there.

I didn't pick out these apartments my fiance did because it was closer to his work but I wish I did. I don't know who the manager was then but now there's this old wrinkly toasted lady that's in the office she needs to stay out of the sun she's turning orange! There are always roaches in the hallway and in our bathroom and its nasty! There are also wasps and brown widow spiders everywhere. I have the worst people in my building also. The people upstairs have like 4 kids and they don't give a ---- about them making noise. Then I have a drug dealer with a motorcycle that leaves every 5 mins, always on the phone talking about "if I ever see him I'm just going to knock him out", and has a pit that was off the leash and almost ate my shiba inu! I hate this place!

We gave them a application fee, and they never returned the phone calls in over 24 hours to say if we were approved or not. They said the girl is not working there anymore and the new girl won't return phone calls either. Caling the Real Estate Commission to get our application fee back. And that just the trouble trying to get in, I can imagine how bad they must be once in them.
