Not bad except for parking, soliciting, and bright house Parking is not enforced, car parks on the curb nightly making it hard for a small suv to get out. Diromios will give you brochures at least 7 times a month. Bright House is a joke and you will not be able to get any other cable

So far, so good. We moved in back in January and so far haven't had any issues. Compared to the other places we have lived at this one is the best so far. The grounds are very clean and the staff is super helpful.
