Complex is currently under investigation by Justice Department for refusing Black applicants. there is no racism going on there. I have neighbors from all walks of life. It is sad we live in such a litigious society.

Not sure why the reviewer would conclude from the fact that there is an investigation that there is a "racist landlord." Strong accusation. Where is the back up for that? I have been there many times. There seem to be people of all ethnicities living there. Consider that the Davie population is mostly white non-Hispanic. I would wager that the percentage of non-whites and Hispanic people in the complex is higher than that in the town as a whole.

I am not a white woman and I lived at College Square for two years and I'm considering moving back. It was lovely there, Don was great and there were many different kinds of people living there. We all got along and during Hurricane Wilma we shared food and helped each other like a family. These accusations, in my opinion, have absolutely no merit. It's a great, affordable place to live.

Blatent discrimination at these apartments. Begins with favrotism of white tenents moving in special treatment. Special permission to have parties, park trucks and boats on the premises.The following ------- american, elderly, disabled and --------- are treated rudely and unfarely. I can bet that the three above noted positive responses are Dons closest friends.
