i have lived here 3 years. has gone downhill, there was a murder. people have been robbed. the office manager is not nice and will not work with you to let you out of your lease. they are not worth the money i pay alot more than what they are renting for. per the office thats not there problem. because they will not adjust my rent thats only for new tenants. but it would take a new tenant 4 years with increases to get to what i am paying. they don't care about the people who pay their rent on time. neighbors are a nightmare stupid college kids that like to party. well i have a kid that likes to sleep. the highway is a joke people racing motorcycles all hours of the day and night can't even hear the damm tv. do not move here you will regret it. parking does suck good luck. you have to pay for garbage pickup but when they forget to pick it up you have a mess to clean in the am cause animals have gotten in the bag. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
