They charge you double the rent price!!! for a crapy apartment. do not be fooled!!!!
no background check!!! only $99 and you move in. imagine all the criminals that are moving in here!!!.

$99.00? WTF, I paid almost $2,000.00 to move in when Archstone was running it. I still live here so it sounds like you got a better deal than I did.
