Bala Gardens:WORST PLACE TO LIVE! This is an awful place to live. I pay hundreds of dollars in rent for is falling apart place. The neighbors are loud and always drunk/partying. I've called the cops several times on people who live here. There is always broken glass in the parking lot.

Great place if you compare it to other rental communities in the area I just moved in last month, but I like it pretty much so far. The grounds are well maintained, the pool and tennis courts are fairly nice and the staff has been extremely helpful. I have no complaints so far.
