My family has lived here for two years now, and overall, we think it is a wonderful place. Repairs are made promptly. The office staff is professional, nice, and helpful. My only gripe is that there is not enough lighting at the back building. The complex is landscaped beautifully. The pools are clean. The exercise facility is in excellent condition and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place. Yes, rents do increase yearly, but that is true everywhere.

Of note, we have two small children with autism, and one has escaped the apartment twice. Each time the entire office staff and maintenance helped us locate the child. They even helped us locate a missing dog on one occasion. We feel the staff here has gone above and beyond expectations.

We regret having to move, but we need a 3 bedroom place, and they do not offer this size here.

I know this isn't a response, but I'm looking for an apartment to live in and I was wondering if someone could give some advice. I read a lot of horror stories about apartments in the Daytona inner area, is it as bad as everyone says? [Cars being broken into, homeless people in the apartment pools] or is this an exaggeration? I want to make sure I will be safe away from home, and don't want to be paying a large amount of my money [being a college student] on a roach infested place where I'm going to be robbed. It's true, this apartment seems better, however, Do Not live in the breakers. it's cheap, but for good reason. I was evicted yesterday for complaining to their main office, and letting the other upset residents aware of this website, and its 33% rating. -ajent
