Beware Of Moving To Anatole!

Overall I would not recommend anyone moving to The Anatole. Remember you have to pay your own water/sewer bill which is divided amounts all tenants (Avg. $50/month)- On top of the expensive rent. Staff is friendly over the phone, but when you get there, it's a different story. The Ora of the staff is not how you would define friendly individuals that respects their tenants needs.
Poor window insulation in some buildings because of a slope in the terrain. Noticeable during the winter months.
If you decide this place is for you. PLEASE, PLEASE, take as many detail photos of your apartment upon moving in. The staff at Anatole will do their best to keep as much of your deposit as possible. We had to pay for things that were already there prior to moving in. We noted the staff with the problem prior, but were told that it's fine the way it was. Also noted on the move-in checklist.
During our stay, we treated the property with such care and respect. But during our stay and at the end of our contract, they showed us no respect and consideration even after we complained about such petty problems that already existed. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
