Staff is friendly and courteous. Maintenance usually responds quickly and does an adequate job. Problems with garbage compactor on a regular basis and the pool not always kept clean. There are several apartments that have not been upgraded yet and management seems to want to push those tenants out so they upgrade them. I really like living here but the rents are too high.
