I lived in these apartments in 2004, it was horrible, the parking was bad, and the manangment was too. I caught the housekeeper once, letting Rent a Center come into my house and caught Tammy the manager getting ready to open my front door when she thought I wasn't home. They smile in your face and are your best friends before you sign the lease, but once you sign the lease the managment becomes your enemy. The young guy in the front office is sweet, but the trailer trach manager is a b*tch who I owe an ass whopping to if I catch her in the street. If the manager would have limited her personal phone talk and the constant sexcapades her and the lawn boy went on she might have been able to a half way decent job at what she was paid to do. I lived underneath the manager,the yard boy and her crazy dog made racket all night everynight. The apartment was extremely expensive for the size of it, and the plumbing was bad, maintnance was called several times, but they never showed up. After the murder security was supposed to patrol the area, but I never saw them,maybe if they were there I wouldn't know that the windows were easy to break into,maybe my ex-boyfriend wouldn't have been able to break in on a regular, and never be spotted. However when he was supposed to be there, I got messages from management with comlaints about his boxers showing. Go figure.The lighting was bad, if you leave at night, bring a flashlight. I had several packages that were delivered but nobody knows what happended to them.
