This is the worst place I have ever lived in. Too bad I did'nt see this site first. Everything people wrote negatively is absolutely true. All of it. Management is just one bitchy girl who does'nt care about anything but complaining and her personal schedule. Office is closed whenever she decides she wants to run an errand. . Dog poop everywhere. Lake is a smelly dried up pond. Noise is so unbelievably bad you can hear neighbors sneezing, walking, toilet, etc. Parking bad. No security...none..non-existing. Dumpsters overflowing, so tenants get warnings on their doors manager will go through their trash to see who's doing what! Maintenance is real good...once they come. But it's not their fault, one or two men for the whole complex!And it's such a dump they have their hands full fixing everything. When I moved in, it was FILTHY. Crusts around faucets, food in freezer. Gross! Bugs all over. Worst of all was the noise, through the walls, though. And management just says "oh well, you'll have to put up and shut up". The air circulation is so poor you have to run your A/C even when it's 40 degrees out- and pay the FPL bill. Probably due to no wall insulation, the heat from other units comes right through. Honestly, run as fast as you can from this place, and be very afraid...Even a murder happened here!! With NO security...nice. Expensive, too. And there are so many nice apts in this area. I don't know how this place stays in business. Make sure to read all the comments, they are ALL SO TRUE!!

Well, it's 2009 now and I wish I could carbon-copy this posting. It expresses my sentiments exactly...TO THE TEE! Nothing has changed-PERIOD.
