The apartments are old an run down! All the appliances are older than President Lincoln! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors Having sex, walking around! Or coughing! Its awful! They don't include any untilities! But the rent is high as hell! And i don't know what the hell the 629 a month is going towards! because it damn sure aint to improve the complex!. My house smelt like straight saw dust when i moved in! The kitchen and bathroom was dirty like the person who stayed there before me left it!. They rush you in to moving in like its so plesant! But its not! Then you have to pay 2 arms and 2 legs to brake the lease so you can breath! Because mold is growing in the air vents!And they don't give 2 shits! I had to go to the hospital twice! Im moving on the 25th of April and i cant wait I've only been there A Month as of today!Don't fall for their trap! your 629 is not worth the pain and suffering! Sailpoint Bay is the best Apartment Complex In Daytona Beach Florida! They are nice kind the apartments are clean and all upgraded!

Now that I think about it. Back in 2004 when I lived there they did show me a model and left me with the impression that would be my apartment. When I moved in I was placed in a little apartment downstairs that wasn't half as nice as the model.
