Like the other resident, first two months seemed great.
Now (6 months into the lease) the gates STILL aren't fixed (which were 'supposed' to be fixed less than 30 days after I moved in, My car has been broken into, everything stolen from inside, and criminals escaped in a van (thru the open gates), chain link fence on the rear has been ripped open where residents of the next apartments can crawl thru and use the pool.
Me, and others have been assaulted from guests.
Frequent visits from guests that stay out till 2-4am being loud in the parking lot.
Walls are thin, can hear EVERYTHING, it's never quiet, calling staff does nothing. Staff act as if they're only resposible for taking your money.
Place is old, and looks it too.
Lighting comes right thru the window, numerous apartments have to cover their windows with black material.
Not a safe place, will Not recommend to anyone.

To agent135 you are full of it. You are complaining because you don't have money to pay your rent. You are an ignorant child and you need to grow up. Thru the grapevine, it has been said you damaged your own vehicle, gates are working and Breakers employees do what they can to accomodate. About the lightening comment .... you are an idiot.

a"g"ent? You cannot even read properly, and my vehicle was broken into from the africans that moved in and wanted my navigation and DVD equipment. Because unlike you, I CAN afford a crummy place like that. Don't be anonymous and tell who you are because you're obviously retarded and/or scared. lol This place is a ripoff, read the other posts. Good lord. I feel sorry for both of you having to live in that dump. hahaha what a joke. everyone knows what a dump that place is.Does not even have base boards. hahaha shame on you two. Get the hell out of there! Good luck in your next place. and remember...you get more when renting a house. Have a nice day.
