I was at the Breakers from July 2006 to September 2007. My problem with the Breakers was the price and management. What I get from management is all they care about is sucking your money like a leach and then when you need help they put in minimal effort to help. They are not friendly at all, especially Tracy whom would not help you if you came in critically injured. The price of the apartment was extremely overpriced considering an average apartment, noisy neighbors at 3am, no gate security, a disgusting pond amongst other things. The one thing that really teed me off was the cleaning bill you get when you leave. Whether or not it is in the lease Im not sure, but I have never been asked to pay for an apartment in any place except this one. I do not recommend the Breakers for the apathetical management, noisy neighbors, and a ridiculously overpriced rent.
