I lived there for 2 years and had a horrible experience. I was a single mother, with neighbors on one side quiet as mice and my other neighbors were 2 drunk 60 year old men who were obnoxious drunks. Extremely loud all the time. Blasting music to all hours of the night, and playing their electric guitar with their amplifier on, to the point where my son could not even go to sleep for school and I go to sleep for work, and this is after I had had 16 hour days working and going to school full time. In addition he was good friends with the managers so nothing was done about it and when I asked to move apts they wanted to charge me for it. Police were called several times to no avail and still nothing done. The grounds are kept beautiful, so it sure fooled me before I moved in, but the people are trash. 90% white trash. All they do is sit around all day, get drunk, and start fights with people. Their kids run around rampant even til 11 at night, terrorizing other children and doing what ever they want with the parents doing nothing to discipline them, and not watching them. Even vandalizing by spitting on cars and doors. It was so bad my son could not even go outside to play, because they would harass him and break all his toys every time he stepped outside. My son is the kind of boy who makes friends with everyone. It was a nightmare. I cried all the time and was a stressed out mess until I was able to leave that horrible place. If you have children, I would seriously discourage you from renting here. I didn't feel safe. I am so glad to be out of there. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
