This was my first complex that I lived in. The complex overall seemed fairly nice, until I had to deal with the manager. She had some restrictions that I thought were horrible (no back-in parking, no christmas/halloween/holiday decorations, no visitors over a three day period without them filling out a lease agreement, etc.). There were also times when she would just stand out in the middle like a hallway monitor. When I moved out at the end of my lease my apartment sat empty for about a two week period before the walk-thru with her. There was some dust on the shelves, and a single fingerprint on the mirror and she wanted to keep my whole security deposit. I did receive a phone call about a year and half later that she was being investigated by the FBI and I never heard the outcome. Bottom line is that it sucked living there.
