This was my first apt. I had just moved off campus. When I first moved in there was a different manager there then there is now. The old manager was a very pleasant, decent, easy to work with apartment manager. But right before I moved out the new manager just popped out of nowhere and the other manager seemed to vanish. Right after the new manager came in stranger signs started popping up. Like you must pay your rent on time or certain things would happen, it was like she was threatening her tents. She ended keeping my deposit because 1 stain in my bedroom carpet. Also her son would deliver messages for that I guess she was too dam lazy to do herself. If a tenant had a bounced check she would send her son over to the tenants apartment with check. And because he was a child he would tease the tenants. She also had her son spy the tenants. I just one of the other reviews and that tenants said she strange demands and that she is being investigate by the FBI. There's your hint!!! Run far away from this place.
